A Council Focused on Getting Things Done
Phil Ottaviani has brought a respectful, inclusive tone to Framingham’s government, one centered on getting things done. He often tells his daughter, Julia, that “being kind is a choice,” and he applies that principle in his work on the Council and in his dealings with fellow officials, local small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Framingham is a changing community, and it needs Councilors willing to have tough conversations and take on challenges that affect every neighborhood.
